Emigration

Having got bored with the UK, many Closes decided to up-sticks and emigrate.

Here we have an animated map showing where they ended up. This isn’t the whole lot of them – we have stragglers in Germany, Japan, and other places. But most of them headed out to the new frontiers in America, Canada, and Australia.
