Note	It appears that Mary never actually got married, even though she had a whole clutch of children. She seemed to have preference for naming her children to include the fathers surname ... so she probably "met" Mr Park and Mr Lister before she "met" Mr Metcalfe. Although the "Park" name in this case may have been in honour of her mother. She appears to have had 10 illegitimate children, at least 8 of which being born and baptised at Mallerstang near Kirkby Stephen, Westmorland.
