Note: HE DIED OF EXPOSURE HE DIED OF EXPOSURE So Decided Jury at the Inquest in the Case of Frank D. Close. Who Died Suddenly. At the inquest yesterday afternoon in the case of Frank D. Close, whose dead body was found Friday morning near Lake Contrary, the jury returned a verdict that death resulted from exposure. The funeral service followed the inquest, and was conducted in the undertaking rooms of Kock & Clark. Mrs. Lucille Hull of Chicago, a sister of the dead man, attended the funeral and will remain in St. Joseph until the affairs of Close are settled. She was the only relative present. The Rev. C. Klick, pastor of the German Evangelical Zion's Church, officiated, and interment was at Mount Auburn Cemetery. |
