We're kicking off in detail with the UK and, in
particular, our own ancestral line starting in
Crosby Garrett,
Westmorland but if you have anything from the rest of
the world ... or indeed from other branches of the UK
then please drop us a mail. We have a bunch of people who have married into the Close family... click here to see them. We've noticed that the entry page for the people view is getting a bit heavy on the download time. It's probably fine if you have a fast Internet connection but if you haven't you're going to have a long wait for this page. As a result we've created two views:
The Family view will be much faster on the page downloads, so if you don't have a big fat pipe (or your kids are filling it with music downloads ... sigh) you'll be better off with this one. Using either will result in exactly the same information so it's just a matter of preference. Alternatively, if you know what you're looking for, our site search facility may be your most flexible option. |
