We've decided to de-release the search facility for the
time being as part of the current site re-build. It
causes problems with our servers which we're trying
solve by removing all offenders. However, we have a
cunning plan to implement a search facility using
something a little less invasive. Watch this space. |

This is a general purpose search
facility. It will try to find whatever you enter but
within our site only - it won't do any Internet searches.
You can use words like "or", "and" and "not" in the
search to customise what you get. The wildcard "*" (asterix)
means "anything" ... so, "geo*" will find all
occurrences of "george", for instance.
If you're looking for photographs, search
for the word "photograph", and "lunatic" and
"illegitimate" are always good for a laugh.
The
Score indicates the closeness of the match... no, we have
no idea how it's calculated either, but apparently big
is beautiful. |
